Roasted Garlic

Roasting your garlic adds depth of flavor and subtlety to an already potent culinary weapon. Simply cut the top off of a garlic bulb. Then drizzle the  exposed surface with olive oil. Next top with a few sprigs of thyme and some fresh-cracked pepper.

Bake at 400-degrees for 30 minutes.

1 bulb garlic
1 tbsp. EVOO
3-4 sprigs thyme
Fresh-cracked pepper to taste
