Citrus Seabass

This recipe calls on the tangy acid of orange juice to brighten up simple whitefish. Poaching makes for a recipe that is light and flavorful.

Simply simmer orange juice, dill and chiles in a lidded sauté pan, then add white fish.

Cover and simmer an additional 8 minutes.

1 red chile, sliced
