Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

To make this recipe you will need boiled potatoes. Choose 4-5 large potatoes and scrub them clean. Chop them into quarters and put them in a large pot. Cover them with water and bring the water to a boil. Cook them for about 20-25 minutes until soft, check with a fork.

Toss cooked potatoes, minced garlic, EVOO and rosemary in a large bowl. Place on a foil-lined sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Bake at 400-degrees for 30 minutes.


Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 tbsp EVOO
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 to 5 sprigs rosemary, diced
4 cups boiled potatoes
