Hummus

Combine the previous Kenzai recipes for roasted garlic and a red spice mix with a can of cannellini beans (drained and rinsed) and the juice of a lemon to make a tasty simple hummus. Add 2 teaspoons of tahini when not training. Serve with fresh vegetables, or whole grain chips. Note: Recipe best for non-training times or if specially allowed.
